Terms and Conditions 77rp — Terms Applicable to All Members

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using 77rp platform services in any form — whether via website or mobile app — you automatically confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this document and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

If you do not agree with any or all of these terms, please stop using the 77rp platform immediately. Continued use of our services after an update to the terms is published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration Terms

To use 77rp services in full, you are required to create a valid account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 77rp reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that use false or unverifiable data.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 77rp services. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately deleted.
• Each person is only permitted to register one active account. Holding more than one account by the same individual is a serious violation.
• You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities carried out through your account.
• Contact the 77rp support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We will assist you in securing it promptly.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. Required documents will be requested through our digital verification system.
• 77rp reserves the right to request additional verification at any time when required for security or compliance purposes.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

All financial transactions on 77rp — both deposits and withdrawals — are protected by encryption and processed through verified payment channels. 77rp supports a variety of local Indonesia payment methods including bank transfers, e-wallets, and QRIS.

• The bank account or digital wallet used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your 77rp account.
• 77rp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Every withdrawal will be processed after security verification is complete. The average processing time is under 5 minutes for instant methods.
• Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are available on your account cashier page and may vary depending on your membership level.
• Transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or cheating will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

77rp offers a variety of bonus and promotion programs for both new and active members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Every bonus has a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is processed. The rollover ratio and full terms are listed on the promotions page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per account, per device, per IP address, and per bank account number, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• 77rp reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without prior notice if abuse is detected.
• Using bots, automated software, or coordinated betting strategies (bonus abuse) to exploit promotions is a violation that may result in account suspension.
• Winnings generated from bonuses obtained fraudulently will be voided without exception.

5 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the 77rp platform operate using an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system. There is no human intervention in determining game outcomes, and every result is truly random.

• 77rp game system decisions are final. No appeals can be made against the outcome of a completed game.
• You must play in accordance with the rules of each game as stated on the game description page.
• Collusion, cheating, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent blocking.
• Technical disruptions occurring during a game session will be handled in accordance with 77rp's fair play policy. Affected balances will be restored once the investigation is complete.
• 77rp reserves the right to suspend games at any time for system maintenance. Notice will be provided to the extent possible.

6 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 77rp support team. Self-requested account closures will be processed within 24 hours, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered account after verification is complete.

• 77rp reserves the right to close or freeze accounts without notice if a breach of these terms and conditions is found.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be automatically deactivated. A notification will be sent before this process takes place.
• Members whose accounts are blocked due to violations are not entitled to request account recovery or claim any balance held within.

7 Limitation of Liability

77rp provides the platform as an entertainment facility. We make no guarantees of wins or financial gains from using our services. Gaming carries financial risk, and all betting decisions are entirely the responsibility of the user.

• 77rp is not responsible for financial losses arising from betting decisions made by users.
• Internet connection disruptions, device failures, or technical issues beyond our control are not the responsibility of 77rp as long as the platform system is functioning normally.
• Any regulatory changes affecting platform operations will be handled by 77rp in accordance with applicable rules.

• If internal resolution is unsatisfactory, you may seek resolution through the applicable legal mechanisms in the jurisdiction where 77rp operates.
